Who We Are & How We Started
Guillermo Molina Reyes grew up in a small town in Mexico and had a passion for hard work— even as a small child. When he was 16, he left home and moved to the United States, where he found work at a roofing company and quickly rose through the ranks to become a foreman. After 20 years of working for another roofing company, Guillermo decided to take the leap and start G and Bros Roofing in 2012 with his three brothers (Jose Alfredo, Agraciano, and Jose Hernandez).
Thanks to his commitment to quality workmanship and excellent customer service, Guillermo’s business grew to new heights. Guillermo was able to hire his children, and today, his daughter Melissa and son Guillermo Jr. are valuable members of the team.
From a small town in Mexico to living the American dream, the G and Bros Roofing story shows that anything is possible with hard work and determination.

Guillermo Molina-Reyes founded G and Bros Roofing LLC on 2012 after gaining over 25 years of hands-on experience in the field and running roofing businesses. Guillermo’s ability to set expectations high and execute quality services sets him apart from other owner-operators. He enjoys keeping his hands involved in as much of the business as possible to ensure a good outcome for him and his clients.

I was first introduced to roofing at age 12 while helping my father with side jobs. Ever since, I’ve stuck with the trade and continued to learn about other types of roofs. Currently, I have over a decade of commercial and residential roofing experience. I have done everything from hands-on roofing applications to on-site project management, roof estimates, and sales. While I’m not working, I am a father of a little girl, married to my high school sweetheart, and have a 20 year old dog.

Living and working in The City, our involvement doesn’t stop at installing great roofs. We’re proudly enrolled in the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce, which allows us to be more active in our community and give back to our neighbors.

Are you OSHA certified?
G and Bros Roofing is OSHA certified. Most of our employees have the OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
Can commercial roofs withstand heavy foot traffic?
Indeed, most commercial roofing materials are designed to withstand foot traffic, thus allowing for periodic maintenance checks or inspections.
Can I re-roof or do I have to tear off my existing commercial roof?
It depends on the current condition of your existing roof, deck condition, and water drainage. If everything looks good then you might be able to install it over the existing commercial roof.
Do you do roofs on new commercial constructions?
Yes, we do install new roofs on new constructions.
